Account Manager – France

Job Description
As Account Manager you should be ambitious, performance-oriented and excel in managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts.
In your position you will be responsible for selling our agency services, products (sponsorships) or production capabilities (content productions). You are eager to understand the accounts needs and make sure to create in-depth account plans including strategies to increase business, research and best-in-class client management.
Additionally, you will join important client meetings, lead/support during negotiations, take responsibility in escalation meetings and always be aware of any client developments.

  • Develop strong relationships with accounts, maintain decision level relationships throughout the sales cycle and beyond, and identify opportunities for the sale of services
  • Support or take full responsibility for creating and implementing customer strategies that include sales targets and revenue goals for individual customers in line with business objectives
  • Achieve the sales and profit goals and always be on top of the current status (overall department, key accounts)
  • Review sales using pipeline/forecast tools (Salesforce). You will be responsible for driving, measuring and reporting on key inputs/outputs in Salesforce and other reporting systems while sharing your best practices.
  • Manage complex contract negotiations supported by Senior colleagues and our Legal team
  • Create internal and external project/campaign briefings to ensure flawless execution by departments and the Project Manager
  • Willingness to travel is necessary for holding / assisting in presentations
  • 2-3 years of professional experience is mandatory
  • A customer-focused work ethic and a sales driven approach
  • Experience in selling customer-focused solutions based on their needs
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Understanding of the gaming and esports scene (marketing, measurements and analytics)
  • You are always looking to improve inefficient processes
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM system and project management tools
