Job Description
YOUR MISSION
  • You independently check, assign and book business transactions of the operative day-to-day business
  • Account maintenance and account clarification, as well as balance and account reconciliation are part of your routine
  • You are in charge of asset accounting
  • You coordinate the dunning process and are responsible for the OP lists
  • You actively participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)
  • You contribute to the further development of the department by optimizing accounting processes in coordination with the finance team.
  • You are the contact person for accounting questions for colleagues.
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree with a focus on finance / taxes
  • You have gained relevant professional experience in accounting
  • You use your expertise in payment transactions, accounts payable and accounts receivable in a target-oriented manner
  • You are confident in using the accounting software DATEV
  • You have very good knowledge of commercial law (HGB)
  • You are characterized by very high quality standards for your work results as well as reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • You are a team player and can organize yourself well
  • You speak fluent German and good English
  • Your existing gaming and/or esports affinity is a plus
