Job Description

Regional League Marketing & GTM Strategy

  • Define the marketing vision and regional league consumer journey
  • Drive regional league product marketing strategy & roadmap in partnership w/ Product Managers
  • Partner with key stakeholders and define regional league storylines and content creation strategy
  • Deliver a go-to-market plan for each stage of the regional league, from launch to sustain
  • Manage and define marketing assets needed to drive regional league marketing
  • Lead partnership and day-to-day operations with external marketing agencies and vendors
  • Track and manage regional marketing budget w/ key stakeholders

Regional Social Media                  

  • Define social media tone of voice, strategy, and guidelines for the respective regional channels
  • Management of the regional SoMe posting calendar
  • Provide subsidiaries consolidated SoMe posting guidelines/calendar + related asset (global topics + regional topics)
  • Brief on asset needs related to the regional SoMe calendar
  • Management (posting, comment moderation) of the regional SoMe channels
  • Provide live coverage for the regional league playdays
  • Provide Live Coverage assets to subs for local live coverage
  • Support local leagues on the regional accounts

Paid Media – Regional Events, Competitions and Leagues                            

  • Manage our audiences alongside performance media buys in collaboration with the Audience, Media & Channels team
  • Tie our creative strategy to our media plan
  • Align on communication planning, narratives, and messaging with the Communications team

Regional CRM Strategy

  • Develop CRM strategy and implementation in partnership with Ubisoft CRM team

Press Release Coordination

  • Design the local PR strategy with third party agency and lead the approvals
  • Localize global PR communication
  • Develop CRM strategy and implementation in partnership with Ubisoft CRM team

Regional events Live Coverage                 

  • Photographers & videographers management (hiring, contract, nego, brief, …..)
  • Live coverage Freelancers/agencies management (hiring, contract, negociation, brief,…)
  • Regional Live Coverage budget management
  • Coordination of the creation of Live Coverage assets (whether internally or externally)
  • Create Event SoMe calendar
  • Manage Live Coverage creation and posting on the regional accounts
  • Provide Live Coverage assets to subs for local live coverage
  • Generate post-event global SoMe & Community sentiment reporting
  • Talent management (hiring, contract, nego, brief, …..)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid experience in marketing and communication in games or entertainment, has already implemented ambitious marketing campaigns;
  • Know well the video game market, with a special focus in the esports market;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as very good interpersonal skills, in Portuguese and English;
  • Team spirit and collaboration are essential qualities for this position;
  • Good argumentative skills, knows how to present and support their point of view to others and leadership in a constructive way;
  • Determination and organization, knows how to manage their projects, control deadlines while remaining flexible to adapt successfully and thus manage exceptional situations;
  • Real desire to create stunning visuals and editorial content and don’t hesitate to question your achievements.
  • Experience and know how to work in an international and multicultural context
  • Fluently in English
