Job Description

In G2A you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing research and insights, and developing strategic recommendations for the business
  • Investigating and defining clear insights across users base and business verticals using data-driven methodologies
  • Providing analytical and insights support for Central Europe marketing and sales team;
  • Identifying local market research needs to support Sales, Product, Marketing Brand Strategy team
  • Partnering with research agencies to conduct quantitative and qualitative brand research together with the brand strategy team

We are looking for people with:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business research
  • Proficient in Chinese and English
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including customer segmentation, survey research and design, and data analysis
  • Exceptional ability to create and innovate in market research, with proven track record of personal achievement in research innovations
  • Intimate involvement in B2C marketing and using market research to resolve client challenges, including audience segmentation, competitive intelligence, etc
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to interpret large data sets with an eye to the big picture strategy of the company
