About The Role

Work with our current social media team to expand our social presence across the Esports channel and drive greater awareness and engagement among key audience segments. This role will engage in creating and spearheading brand building campaigns, developing platform-specific strategies, building content calendars, providing feedback on concepts and content to Social Producers, maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, writing copy, scheduling, monitoring, and assisting with productions (capturing on-the-ground content, serving as an on-set social/brand rep, etc.). They will collaborate with cross-functional internal departments including Esports, Content, Marketing, Talent & Entertainment, and Partnerships. Funneling content from various pipelines, they will ensure that all pieces align with 100 Thieves brand voice. They will also be in charge of analyzing channel performance and presenting key learnings, trends, and campaign and channel recaps to leadership. This role will report into the Head of Social Strategy.


  • Superior knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Up to date with the latest trends and platform updates and able to use those to inform strategy
  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills with the ability to translate traditional marketing content into brand-relevant conversations
  • Collaborative, creative, data-driven, and highly organized
  • Strong understanding of all digital platforms and current social media trends
  • Proactive, a strong team player, and possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to processes, meet deadlines, and work with multiple stakeholders across business units within 100 Thieves is key


  • Deeply embedded in the Esports community, constantly connected with the latest news, community announcements, trends, etc.
  • Manage the overall calendar for 100 Thieves Esports social channels on Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
  • Manage cross-team collaboration with Esports, production, and creative teams within 100 Thieves
  • Monitor comments and discussions to proactively identify potential issues and opportunities
  • Monitor competitive brand activity, key platform and category influencers, and identify emerging trends
  • Interact with brand social community via comments, DMs, and responsive content
