Job Description


-Working in close collaboration with Sales Director and the whole sales and marketing team.
-Ekstraklasa Games project implementation, including supervision of all stakeholders’
-Developing and managing esports strategy for SPORTFIVE on the Polish market (market research, managing rightsholders relations, acquiring clients for esports partners, creating activation concepts).
-Working closely with esports colleagues from all over the world on sales of international esports assets.
-Develop a complete, comprehensive targeted list of companies to identify client challenges and translate them into opportunities to offer SPORTFIVE services.

-Develop and present esports and gaming brand partnerships proposals to clients independently and by supporting other sales colleagues.
-Develop strong, supportive relationships and build credibility with partners.
-Achieve established sales goals and budget.
-Report on sales revenue targets, budgets and manage expenses in assigned projects.
-Maintain timely and accurate records within the CRM system of sales performance,appointment summaries, account management and prospecting activities.


-Sales and project management experience, preferably in esports or gaming environment.
-Familiar with esports industry (top esports products, influencers, publishers)
-Knowledge of sponsorship and marketing tools.
-Ease of establishing contacts and the ability to work independently and in a team.
-Highly motivated, proactive and a genuine team player.
-An appetite to learn and a willingness to be challenged, with a keen eye for detail.
-Language skills include business ease in English.
-Safe handling of the Microsoft Office package.
-Outstanding time management skills and ability to cope with several projects at a time.
