Job Description
As an Event Manager at Freaks 4U Gaming you will develop creative strategies and concepts for gaming and esport events. As part of your job, you will be involved in all of our top events. Dreamhack Germany, Prime League, the ESL Championship or Gamescom are just a few of the exciting topics that await you at our company.

  • Develop strategies and creative event concepts for diverse event formats. From large-scale events to community events and trade fairs (booths), you ensure the successful integration of our clients’ marketing measures
  • Consideration of event-related requirements, conditions and regulations
  • Developing and presenting target group-oriented concepts, project plans, project routines and deployment plans
  • You observe market trends and innovations of all kinds, evaluate them based on defined KPIs and develop new impulses regarding strategies and operational implementation
  • You lead brainstorming sessions and other creative meetings and have a wide-ranging portfolio of techniques to do so
  • Independent creation of convincing and well-designed presentations
  • After successful completion of events / projects you evaluate the KPIs, create reports and draw conclusions for the implementation of future measures
  • You have an apprenticeship or a degree in event management, marketing, esport management, project management or communication and have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the independent implementation of events for national and international clients or companies
  • Very good knowledge in event conception, planning and implementation as well as holistic understanding of event marketing and live marketing activities
  • You are curious, inquisitive and communicative, quickly get a grip of new topics and you are not afraid to share your knowledge with the team and others
  • You have practical experience in creating budget and project plans
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • Strong MS Office skills are required
  • Passion for gaming and Esports is a plus
