Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Description

Working closely with its manager the Head of Communication, our executive team, and internal stakeholders to build our influencer strategy and drive activations planned with talents in order to support our global leadership ambitions

– Build Team Vitality’s global influence strategy to develop our brand internationally and on new entertainment verticals (sport, music, fashion, etc), in accordance with our brand platform and business objectives

– Define a full-year storytelling and activation plan for each influencer or streamer

– Contact agencies or talents directly to activate influencers punctually or for seeding purposes

– Prepare brand activation social posts to be shared by talents

– Receive briefs from all BUs (Merchandising, Diversification, Partnerships, Content…) to activate talents for content creation or activation

– Ensure consistency with global Marketing Plan and optimize talents relevance with the request (availability, priority, fit)

– Monitor talents contract deliverables and roadmap for future planned activations

– Finalize detailed briefings and work hand in hand with influencer managers to successfully execute activations offline and online

– Deliver post activation analysis (qualitative & quantitative) to upgrade process and performance



– 3+ years work experience in the talent/influence area at international level and on multiple entertainment verticals (sports, music, gaming)

– Understanding and know-how of the esports industry is a plus

– Excellent organization and communication skills

– Collaborative, creative and agile

– Located in Paris

– First experiences with Social Media presence / setup and content days
