Job Description
As Product Manager for DreamHack, you will be responsible for one of the largest German gaming events and lead your team from the initial strategy to the final implementation. DreamHack offers great development potential due to the redesign in the German market and the option to position yourself with one of the gaming milestones in the market. With our most versatile product (LAN, esports, live music, trade fair, cosplay and much more), you are absolutely in your element here as a passionate gamer.

  • Together with your team you are responsible for the conception, planning and realization of DreamHack Germany
  • You develop the product strategy (vision, mission, values, roadmap) in collaboration with the team and represent it to internal and external stakeholders
  • Analysis of user needs based on data from target group and market research in order to derive and prioritize the resulting measures
  • Responsibility over the creation and implementation of goals, metrics, budgets, and creative content in alignment with established objectives
  • Work closely with the Commercial team on the monetization of the product
  • You take the lead on interdisciplinary project teams
  • Proactively build strong relationships with stakeholders, target groups, and multipliers
  • Several years of professional experience as a product manager or in a comparable function with responsibility within a product with comparable elements
  • Very good knowledge in event conception, planning and implementation as well as deep understanding of event marketing and live marketing activities
  • You are enthusiastic about market developments in the esports industry and have a basic understanding of the big titles
  • Experience in analytical work with quantitative data, setting up research and systematically generating insights
  • You bring outstanding communication skills and social competence paired with a high level of assertiveness
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • Work in an international team with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes
