Job Description
  • Representing the product vision and the product, as well as inspiring and motivating teams and stakeholders internally and externally
  • Development of strategy, opportunities and goals, in collaboration with partners and stakeholders
  • Finding and prioritizing user needs and the resulting measures
  • Carrying out qualitative and quantitative research, e.g. in the form of user interviews, surveys and working on and with metrics in order to find success levers and identify user needs
  • Initiate and lead collaborative solution finding, e.g. in the form of workshops
  • Reporting and responsibility for insights, metrics, budget and revenue
  • Conception and design of content (video, social media and text), website and broadcasts, in collaboration with experts
  • Proactive stakeholder management with partners, sponsors and other stakeholders
  • Build a strong relationship with target groups and multipliers
  • First experience in user-centered product development
  • Double diamond, dual-track agile, design thinking or product discovery are not foreign words to you
  • You have already assumed responsibility within a community product or a product with comparable elements
  • You have already worked conceptually and analytically with quantitative data, metrics, metric frameworks and / or KPIs, at the same time you have successfully set up and carried out qualitative research and thus systematically generated insights
  • Your stakeholders have always been satisfied with the collaboration
  • Creativity and pragmatic solution finding are your strengths
  • Technical affinity, knowledge of video productions (e.g. Twitch and YouTube) and interest in digital solutions
  • high customer orientation, flexibility and very good self-organization skills
  • You do not shy away from difficult decisions and convince through your hands-on mentality when necessary
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Industry knowledge of Simracing and Esports are a plus
  • Work in an international team with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes
