Job Description
As Publisher Relations Manager you should be ambitious, performance-oriented and excel in managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts.
In your position you will be responsible for selling our agency services, products (sponsorships) or production capabilities (content productions). You are eager to understand the accounts needs and make sure to create in-depth account plans.
Additionally, you will join important client meetings, support during negotiations and always be aware of any client developments.

  • In this role you will be responsible for our relations with selected key customers in German and/or English by taking care of the following tasks: Development of client relations and realization of their esports and gaming projects. Together with your team you will also find creative solutions for our clients marketing demands
  • Coordinate different departments and service providers in the context of our projects
  • Follow up on our projects and budgets and ensure their ongoing quality
  • Create offers for our clients and collaborate with your teammates on pitches, brainstorming’s and strategies
  • Ideally you have a degree in a relevant field like marketing, communication or media. Previous work experience with clients, sales and/or within marketing is a big plus
  • You possess excellent communication skills in Germand and/or English and your independent attitude and adaptability helps you to stay on top of things. German skills are a bonus but not necessary
  • A big passion for games across different genres is essential for this position. We work with some of the biggest publishers in the games industry which makes gaming knowledge a must
  • You are tech-savvy and familiar with the MS Office suite. Strong presentation skills are highly appreciated
  • Willingness to relocate to Berlin: Our Publisher Relations team is involved in a lot of broadcast productions in our studios which makes it necessary to be on-site. We also want to develop you properly which we think is more effective if you work side by side with your colleagues. Working hybrid within the Berlin area is possible of course
